Tofu production generates significant waste with high nutritional value but excessive moisture (84.5%), leading to rapid spoilage as animal feed. This study evaluated water content reduction and rice bran addition (6.9-7.7%) on dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), pH level, and fresh and dry matter loss of tofu waste silage.
