Batik industry is a part of the textile industry. The textile industry itself is included in the industry 4.0. In 2009 UNESCO designated batik as one of the world's cultural heritages. This study aims to determine how the development of structure as seen from the concentration ratio (CR4) and the development of performance as seen from efficiency and also see how the influence of structure measured by concentration on performance as measured by the efficiency of the batik industry in Indonesia. This study uses time series data for 11 years (2001-2021) sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis method used is industrial concentration, using the concentration ratio of the 4 largest companies and economic efficiency. The results of this study indicate that the classification of the concentration level is categorized as Very High Oligopoly, and the economic efficiency level of the batik industry in Indonesia is not yet efficient. The concentration of the batik industry in Indonesia has a negative and significant effect on efficiency, meaning that if there is a decrease in the concentration ratio by 1 percent, the level of efficiency will increase by 0.003124.
