PENERAPAN METODE DESIGN THINKING PADA PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE APLIKASI FINTECH RAMAH ANAK
The rapid development of technology has significantly transformed various aspects of life, including payment systems, which have shifted to cashless transactions. While this convenience facilitates financial activities, it also triggers impulsive and consumptive behavior, especially among young people. Low financial literacy is one of the main reasons for the difficulty faced by the younger generation in managing their finances wisely. Therefore, financial literacy education from an early age is essential to build effective financial management skills for the future. This study aims to design a child-friendly E-Wallet application integrated with parental supervision to support the implementation of financial management. The researcher employed the design thinking method to understand user needs and deliver suitable solutions. The design was evaluated using SEQ Metrics, achieving scores of 79 for adult users and 87 for child users. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale (SUS) testing resulted in scores of 94.375 for adult users and 94 for child users, categorized as excellent. These results indicate that the application design meets user needs and is feasible for further development.
