It aims to assess income from weaving activities, evaluate value-added through product diversification, and identify development strategies. Data were collected in December 2024 using a case study approach and purposive sampling method, involving both primary and secondary sources. The results indicate that nipah leaf weaving significantly contributes to household income. The added value analysis shows high value-added ratios for various products: 79.59% (small tampah), 73.08% (large tampah), 66.14% (pecel lele plate), and 65.88% (tofu senik). SWOT analysis positions the business in Quadrant I, suggesting an aggressive development strategy. Therefore, it is recommended that local businesses leverage internal strengths to capitalize on opportunities by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), utilizing social media for promotion, and strengthening partnerships with government stakeholders.
