The level of satisfaction of community groups with the performance of facilitators was an important aspect of evaluating the DMPG program. The level of satisfaction of community groups could provide an overview of the extent to which the performance of the DMPG program facilitators met the needs of the beneficiaries. The objectives of this study were (1) to measure the level of performance of the facilitators and the expectations of the community groups of the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut program in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency (2) to measure the level of satisfaction of the community groups of the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut program in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency (3) to analyzed the relationship between the level of performance of the facilitators and the level of satisfaction of the community groups of the Desa Mandiri Peduli Gambut program in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency. Field data collection was conducted in February 2025. The method used in this research was the survey method. The sampling method used was saturated sampling or census or taking all 10 members of the population. The results of this study indicated that the level of performance of facilitators and expectations of community groups of the DMPG Program in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency was classified as very good and very suitable for communicator, motivator and facilitator indicators with a total score value of 28.00 - 36.00 while the educator indicator was classified into the good and suitable category with a total score value of 20.00 - 28.00. The level of satisfaction of community groups with the performance of DMPG program facilitators in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency with a CSI value of 83.17% showed that community groups were very satisfied with the performance of facilitators. There was a significant relationship between the level of performance of the facilitator indicators of communicator, motivator, facilitator and educator to the level of satisfaction of community groups of the DMPG program in Air Gading Village, Banyuasin Regency.
