PT Pertamina ( Persero ) is one of state - owned enterprises company engaged in the field of oil and gas at Palembang. There are many divisions at PT Pertamina (Persero), one of divisions is IT. IT is a division as support which provides information and communication service. The division of IT were not implemented a method for managing the data of inventory at IT warehouse, therefore it was difficult in determining the appropriate quantity of procurement goods to meet the needs of user in a certain time. Furthermore, PT. Pertamina has used Periodic Review System to overcome the problem. The development of information system used waterfall method with notation context diagram, DFD, ERD, and programming language PHP, and database MySQL, while the inventory method used periodic review system where the ordering at the right period time and the quantity is depend on supply demand. From the analysis, the IT could manage the data of inventory properly, minimize the occurrence of out of stock, and resulting the data of inventory in accordance with periodic review system. Besides, the system also obtained such as : report of incoming goods, exit item, inventory report, and procurement report.
