PEMBINAAN PROGRAM NIAT BAGI PARA USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) SEKTOR KULINER DI KOTA PALEMBANG OLEH SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to determine the guidance of the NIAT program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in the city of Palembang by the Palembang City Regional Secretariat. This research was motivated by the slow response of business actors in inputting their products in local catalogs before the NIAT program existed. In fact, with a local catalog, MSMEs can market their products digitally. This research was analyzed using the coaching indicator theory by Sastroputro (1988), namely guidance, motivation, education and training, and rewards. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the research show that the guidance of the NIAT program for MSMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Palembang by the Palembang City Regional Secretariat has been going well as seen using guidance indicators, namely guidance, motivation, education and training, as well as awards. However, there are still shortcomings in developing the NIAT program, namely the lack of labor in developing the NIAT program and also the limited capital owned by MSMEs. So there needs to be efforts to increase and improve development to support digitalization for MSMEs, especially the culinary sector in the city of Palembang.
