Pesisir Barat Regency has the advantage of natural beach tourism so that it becomes an alternative tourist visit as a place for international activities such as WSL Krui Pro 2024. To support the need for infrastructure for tourists in Pesisir Barat, it is necessary to build a tourist hotel with the specifications of a 4-Star Tourist Hotel which has the main function as a Hotel & Family Villa building and a Commercial Building as a support in one site area. The hotel will have a tropical architectural concept. Tropical architecture is a building design concept that refers to solving problems caused by a tropical climate such as hot sunlight, rainfall, humidity and so on. In addition, the hotel will consider using an earthquake-resistant structure considering that earthquakes are quite prone to occur in Pesisir Barat Regency. Tsunami natural disasters will also be considered considering that the site is on the edge of the Indian Ocean which is very vulnerable to tsunamis because the West Coast of Lampung is vulnerable to tsunamis whose location is directly adjacent to the Eurasian plate.
