This research aims to find out how community empowerment is carried out in the Pineapple Fiber MSME in Pangkul Village, Prabumulih City. The uniqueness of MSMEs in processing pineapple leaves into fiber based on the potential of natural resources that are sustainable and environmentally friendly is the reason why research with this theme needs to be researched. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and research subjects consisted of 5 people, namely the Head of MSMEs, 3 craftsmen, and 1 student intern. The results showed that the Pineapple Fiber MSME in Pangkul Village carried out empowerment through three stages of community empowerment. The awareness stage is carried out through socialization activities by going from house to house, schools, and synergizing with students. The ability transformation stage is carried out through training in processing pineapple fiber derivatives. These derivatives start from leaves, fibers, yarns, spun, and fabrics. The training provided to craftsmen in Pangkul Village and outside the village has a different focus. The training on processing pineapple fiber derivatives was given to artisans in Pangkul Village, while the training given to artisans outside the village was only on making yarn and spinning. In the last stage, namely increasing the intellectual ability of craftsmen to make yarn and spin in their respective homes, craftsmen have succeeded in becoming resource persons in other areas, and increasing community household income through wages earned.
