ANALISIS GEOMETRI JALAN TAMBANG PADA PIT C UNTUK MENDUKUNG KEAMANAN DAN EFISIENSI WAKTU TRANSPORTASI BATUBARA DI PT FIRMAN KETAUN, BENGKULU
Based by regulation of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Decree No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 the mining road at PT Firman Ketaun which does not meet the regulatory standards of as well as coal productivity targets not being achieved due to long distances and high road slopes. Apart from this, the dimensions of the road must also be re-evaluated to produce a good road that meets safety standards. Poor road dimensions accompanied by poor road conditions due to infrequent road maintenance cause obstacles to the productivity of transport equipment. The research may use quantitative methods using the theory of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 as reference regulation. The results of the field analysis found that if the AASHTO theory and the regulations made by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources were applied, the PT Firman Ketaun mining road was included in the bad category. With that reason and by using these theories and regulations, the dimensions of a good road that meet safety standards can be calculated and explained. The road dimensions include the width of straight roads and curves, bend radius and super elevation, calculation of water channel dimensions, cross slopes and the application of traffic signs to provide awareness regarding work safety in mining fields. To increase productivity values, this research also includes mining road planning which aims to overcome long distances and inclines that do not meet safety standards.
