This research aims to analyze the influence of talent management and workdiscipline on the productivity of Sumatra Ekspres Palembang employees. Thepopulation of this research is employees of Sumatra Ekspres Palembang, and thesample for this rescarch is 70 people. The data analyzed comes from answers toquestionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of the research found thattalent management and work discipline have a significant and positive effect onthe productivity of Sumatra Ekspres Palembang employees. Based on the resultsof this research, it is suggested that Sumatra Express needs to improve talentmanagement to make it casier to map the expertise and skills of competentworkers. Apart from that, companies also need to improve employee workdiscipline by listening to ideas and opinions from employees, treating employeeslike friends, conducting counseling to understand employee problems and holdingtraining and motivational seminars.
