EVALUASI PROGRAM SEHAT SEJAHTERA RESTO APUNG BINAAN DEPARTEMEN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL DAN LINGKUNGAN PT. PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA PALEMBANG
The Sehat dan Sejahtera (SESERA) program, initiated by PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, is part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to improve the welfare of the Pulau Kemaro community. One of its key implementations is the establishment of the Sesera Floating Restaurant, aimed at empowering the local economy through tourism and culinary sectors. This study evaluates the program’s effectiveness using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the program has positively impacted the community by increasing income, creating new job opportunities, and strengthening the local economy. However, challenges remain, such as ensuring operational sustainability and the need for further training in business management and digital marketing. With continuous evaluation, the program holds great potential as a sustainable community empowerment model that contributes to inclusive local economic development.
