This study aims to determine how the Business Continuity Strategy of pickup car fruit traders in Talang Kelapa Village, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang City. The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand the Business Continuity Strategy of Pickup Car Fruit Traders in Talang Kelapa Village, Alang-Alang Lebar District, Palembang City in maintaining their existence as fruit traders and for business continuity for their family life. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research strategy. This research uses the rational choice theory by James Samuel Coleman. Data were obtained from 12 main informants and 6 supporting informants using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that by looking at using SWOT analysis there are 4 parts. First, there is Strength can be used by pickup car fruit traders because fruit is in great demand and the strategic location is the reason fruit traders become fruit traders in Talang Kelapa. Second, Weakness in pickup car fruit traders, namely fruit is easily spoiled. Third, Opportunity in pickup car fruit traders, namely being able to increase the business of fruit traders or open new branches by seeing a successful business income while being a fruit trader and getting a lot of profit. And last, Threats in pickup car fruit traders are the occurrence of a lot of competition selling fruits and during the rainy season having difficulty in avoiding fruit that will be exposed to rainwater.
