PT. Triaryani has been carrying out mining activities since 2013. And has carried out 2 reclamation periods at the production stage. Evaluation of the second period of production phase reclamation was carried out based on Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827 K/30/MEM. The land use activity object received an evaluation assessment result of 18% of the weighted value of 40%. Then the distribution of top soil gets an assessment of 8% of the weight of 10%. The object of erosion and sedimentation control activities received a value of 8.1% out of a weighted value of 10%. Revegetation activities, fast growing plants get a score of 6.85 out of a weighted score of 7.5%. Local plants/fruit get 5% of the 5% weight value then acid mine drainage control gets 5% of the 5% weight value. In final settlement activities. The canopy closing activity object gets a score of 0% from a weighting of 10%, the maintenance activity object gets a score of 6.7% from a weighting of 10%. Based on the results of calculating the percentage of assessment results, the evaluation of the success rate of reclamation in the production stage was 68.2% from a weighted value of 100.00%. This percentage value is categorized as moderate, acceptable provided that improvements need to be made until it reaches a value of >80%. Efforts that need to be made are structuring and backfilling the land, replanting all dead plants. And increase the planting of cover crops by 1 kg in order to reduce the level of sedimentation and erosion on reclaimed land
