STRATEGI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DALAM MEMPROMOSIKAN POTENSI INVESTASI PARIWISATA PULO KERTO DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The aim of this research is to determine DPMPSTP's strategy in promoting Pulo Kerto tourism investment potential in Palembang City. The background to this research is that there are no investors, either PMA or PMDN, who have invested their capital in the Pulo Kerto area, even though the Pulo Kerto area is one of the potential investment areas that is always promoted and offered by the Palembang City DPMPTSP. However, the promotion strategy carried out is still not optimal, therefore it is necessary to examine the DPMPTSP strategy in promoting Pulo Kerto tourism investment potential in Palembang City by aligning strategic practices to attract investment, people and industry to an area through theory (Kuncoro: 2004), namely : Image Marketing, Attraction Marketing, Infrastructure Marketing, People Marketing. This research method uses qualitative methods. The results of this research show that DPMPTSP's strategy in promoting Pulo Kerto tourism investment potential in Palembang City is not optimal. The advice given by the author is to increase a positive image and attractiveness, improve the quality of infrastructure, and increase promotion through famous people.
