This study aims to describe the effectiveness of learning of learners in participating in package C equivalency education at PKBM As Salam Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that package C learning at PKBM As Salam is quite effective. This effectiveness is supported by several important components that have been effective such as learning planning, learning objectives, administration, learning facilities and assessment of learning outcomes. Two of them can be said to be effective but not yet optimal. Such as media indicators and learning methods and the involvement of learners. This study also found that the majority of package C learners at PKBM As Salam have worked and resided outside the Tanjung Batu area. This condition affects the effectiveness of learning, especially related to the involvement of learners and the use of online and offline learning methods, each of which has advantages and disadvantages for learners.
