The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of e-government through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach by the Palembang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. The background to this research is that there are still many complaints from the public regarding conventional licensing implementation, namely services that are complicated, take a long time and the attitude of officers is unresponsive, resulting in the formation of a system. However, the implementation of this system is still not optimal, therefore it is necessary to research how to implement the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA) system by aligning e-government implementation through Indrajit's theory which consists of three elements, support, capacity and value. This research method uses qualitative methods. The results of this research show that the implementation of e-government through OSS RBA is not optimal. The advice given by the author is to carry out massive and regular socialization and collaborate with the private sector and provide training evenly to employees.
