ANALISIS PENGARUH GEOMETRI PELEDAKAN TERHADAP HASIL FRAGMENTASI PELEDAKAN DI PIT 3 BANKO TENGAH PT BUKIT ASAM TBK TANJUNG ENIM SUMATERA SELATAN
The main activities in coal mining at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk is an overburden stripping activity in the form of claystone with a strength of 34.5 Mpa. With a strength of 34.5 Mpa, PT Bukit Asam uses drilling and blasting methods to optimize the productivity of loading and digging equipment. There are several factors that become a benchmark for the success of an explosion among them, namely fragmentation of blasting results, cycle time of loading digging equipment, and powder factor value. Analysis of the results of the influence of blasting geometry on the results of detonation fragmentation using the RL Ash method in theory and Wipfrag 3.3 software for actual. Obtained observations in the field, the blasting geometry design used by the company for use at the Banko Tengah Pit 3 site has an average diameter of 7.8 inches with a burden of 7.3 meters and spacing of 8.3 meters, while for a depth of about 7 meters with a length of 3.9 meters. The value of 89.96 seconds was determined based on the average cycle time of the PC 3000 loading drill tool (consisting of a cycle time of 30.95 seconds and an average waiting time of 59.01 seconds). In situations where there is no waiting time for the digger load, the rotary time of the digger load exceeds the standard rotary of PC 3000, which is 30–32 seconds. However, if there is no waiting time, the dig-load rotary tool meets the PC 3000 rotary standard, which is 30.95 seconds. The waiting time of the dump truck, the intensity of the road, the material that has reached the blasting deadline, and the fragmentation of the distribution are all components that affect the performance of the PC 3000 power shovel. Therefore, the fragmentation analysis of the blasting results with the detonation geometry of the RL Ash method used is quite optimal in pit 3 Banko Tengah PT BA Tbk. Then the cycle time of the loading and digging equipment is still less efficient because there is still some waiting time for the loading and digging equipment.
