The other food industry is one of the subsectors of the processing industry that plays an important role in the movement of the economy in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of industry concentration on profits in the other food industry in Indonesia. The variables used in this study are industrial concentration as measured using the concentration ratio (CR₄) and profits as measured using price cost margin (PCM). The data used is panel data for the 2017-2021 time period. The research data was obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis with panel data regression analysis tools. The results showed that the industrial concentration variable did not have a significant effect on the profit variable, but there was a positive relationship between the industrial concentration variable and the profit variable.
