This research aims to analyze the influence of production costs on the added value of the Isic Code 15112 leather tanning industry in Indonesia 2010-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data for 2010-2021 obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that the energy cost variable and the labor wage variable have a significant effect on added value. Meanwhile, the raw material variable has a greater probability value, which means that raw material costs do not have a significant effect on added value. Where when the cost of raw materials increases, the added value will decrease.
