PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO ANGER GONE TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN REMAJA MENGENAI ANGER MANAGEMENT
Adolescence is a period of growth and development both physically, mentally and intellectually. As an individual ages, an individual's emotions will continue to develop. The formation process goes through each phase of development, which is supported by external and internal factors. There are people who suffer from emotional mental disorders between the ages of 10-19 years. Anger management is the ability or technique to regulate feelings, calm oneself, escape from anxiety, depression, or offense, with the aim of emotional balance (balance between feelings and the environment). This research aims to determine the influence of the anger gone video media on the level of knowledge of teenagers regarding anger management. This type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population of this study were all class x students, totaling 182 people with a sample of 72 students. Sampling used the purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis used in this research is the marginal homogeneity test. Based on the results of the analysis, a p value of 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05) was obtained, which shows that there is a significant difference in knowledge about anger management in adolescents before and after intervention through the anger gone video media. Knowledge about anger management is really needed by teenagers and the anger gone video media can be used as information about anger management in teenagers.
