The design of the Civil Servant Apartment in Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin Regency aims to fulfill the need for proper and adaptive vertical housing for government employees (ASN). The residential environment is intended to support a balanced lifestyle between personal life and work, while also prioritizing comfort and quality of living. The design concept integrates two primary functions—residential and social—by applying biophilic architecture to create a healthy, nature-connected environment, and a collaborative living approach that encourages interaction among residents. Visual connections between indoor and outdoor spaces are enhanced through building orientation and the integration of open space layouts. Vegetation elements, natural materials, and landscape visuals are integrated throughout key areas to strengthen residents' connection with nature.
