NUR WAHYU HANDOKO Effect of Moldboard Curvature Coated With Brass and Zincalume on Energy Consumption in Aluvial Soil Tillage. (Guided by HERSYAMSI). This study aims to determine and study the effect of the curvature of the slats coated with brass and zincalum on the energy requirements for the adhesion of the soil attached to the surface of the plow and to the effect of the coating material on the results of alluvial soil processing. The method used was factorial randomized block design consist two treatment factor, namely the angle pf curvature of the flow (A) and coatingmaterial.Each factor consists of there level of treatment. The treatment level for the angle of curvature consisted of the angle of curvature 1200 , 1300 , and 1400 while the treatment for the coating material of the flow consisted brass andzincalume The results showed that the angle of curvature of the moldboard and the coating material of the plow significantly affected the yield of ultisol soil tillsge, whit the combination treatment of the angle of curvature the moldboard 1400 and brass plated producing the lowes average soil stickiness of of 46,67 g. while the combination of the teratmen with the angle of curvature of 1200 and brass plated and result in an average moldboard working depth 14,17 cm, hight of plowed soil 14,00 cm, moldboard cutting 21,50 cm, and energy requirement width was 179,9 kkal/ha. Keywords : Brass, Coating Material, Energy Consumption, Moldboard Curvature, Zincalume.NUR WAHYU HANDOKO Pengaruh Kelengkungan Singkal yang Dilapisi Kuningan dan Zincalum terhadap kebutuhan Energi Pengolahan Tanah Aluvial (Dibimbing oleh HERSYAMSI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari pengaruh kelengkungan singkal yang dilapisi kuningan dan zincalume terhadap kebutuhan energi pada kelengketan tanah yang menempel di permukaan bajak dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan pelapis terhadap hasil pengolahan tanah aluvial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu sudut kelengkungan bajak (A) yang dilapisi dengan Kuningan dan Zincalume dan bahan pelapis (B). Dimana pada masing-masing faktor terdiri dari tiga taraf perlakuan. Perlakuan pada sudut kelengkungan yang dilapisi kuningan dan zincalum menggunakan sudut kelengkungan 120ᵒ, 130ᵒ, dan 140ᵒ. sedangkan taraf perlakuan bahan pelapis yaitu terdiri dari kuningan dan zincalum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudut kelengkungan singkal dan bahan pelapis bajak berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil pengolahan tanah aluvial dan kebutuhan energi pada pengolahan tanah tersebut, dengan kombinasi perlakuan sudut kelengkungan singkal 140ᵒ dan dilapisi kuningan menghasilkan rata-rata kelengketan tanah terendah yaitu 46,67 g sedangkan kombinasi perlakuan sudut kelengkungan 120ᵒ dan bajak yang dilapisi kuningan menghasilkan rata-rata kedalaman kerja bajak 14,17 cm, tinggi hasil pembajakan 14,00 cm, lebar pemotongan bajak 23,50 cm, dan kebutuhan energi tertinggi 179,9 kkal/ha. Kata kunci : Bahan pelapis, kelengkungan singkal, kebutuhan energi, kuningan, zincalum.
