Coffee is an Indonesian plantation commodity that has an important role, especially as a source of foreign exchange, providing employment, and a source of income for farmers. The majority of residents in Ria-Ria Village work as coffee farmers. This study aims to: (1) To analyze the efficiency of the use of coffee farming production factors in Ria-ria Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, (2) To analyze the income level of farmer households in Ria-ria Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency (3) To analyze the welfare level of farmer households in Ria-ria Village, Polllung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research was conducted in Ria-Ria Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Data collection will be carried out in December 2023. The research method used in this study is the survey method. The determination of the number in this study used a simple random sampling method by taking as many as 34 samples. The results of this study show that the use of production factors of land area, labor, urea fertilizer, and NPK fertilizer has not been efficient, while herbicide production factors are inefficient. The household income of farmers and families in Ria-Ria Village averages Rp 26,738,297 per year, which is the total income of coffee farmers and non-farm income. The average household income of farmers in Ria-Ria Village is less than the number of KHL families in Ria-Ria Village. The welfare level of farmers in Ria-Ria Village is low at 6 percent and those classified as unprosperous with a percentage of 94 percent.
