This study entitled “BAZNAS Ogan Ilir Strategy In The Livable House Program In East Senuro Village, Tanjung Batu District Ogan Ilir District”. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The primary data in this research was obtained from direct interviews with 6 main informants and observations in the field. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research was obtained from literature and documentation studies. This research analyzes using the AGIL Theory from Talcott Parsons. The results of this research show that BAZNAS Ogan Ilir Regency uses two strategies in the process of collecting zakat namely the strategy direct fund collection and indirect fund collection strategies. Meanwhile, in the process of distributing by BAZNAS Ogan Ilir Regency in realizing the habitable housing program in East Senuro Village using three strategies, namely BAZNAS Ogan Ilir collecting and managing funds, BAZNAS Ogan Ilir coordinating with the village government East Senuro and BAZNAS Ogan Ilir determined and implemented the Livable House Program in East Senuro Village.
