EVALUASI GENETIK KELOMPOK AKSESI T3 DAN TR3 PADA BC2F3 DARI HASIL PERSILANGAN PADI VARIETAS INPAGO 5 DAN INPARA 8
This research was aimed to evaluate the genetics of T3 and TR3 accession groups in BC2F3from resulted the crossing of Inpago 5 and Inpara 8 rice varieties which are close to the characteristics of the donor parents. This research was carried out from September 2023 to January 2024. Carried out in the plant biotechnology laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Palembang campus. The results showed that the percentage of B allele (homozygous donor parent) at the foreground selection stage of the BC2F4 progeny using the SUB1C173 marker in the T3 and TR3 accessions resulted in T3 66.67% and TR3 86.67%. All selected samples resulted from foreground selection were analyzed using recombinant selection using SUB1A203 marker in T3 and TR3 accessions produced B allele (homozygous of the donor parent). The total of 10 selected samples produced A allele (homozygous recipient parent) in background selection using 9 SSR Unlinked to GoI markers, while only RM 315 marker did not appear banded and RM 518 marker produced allele B (homozygous parent donor).
