EVALUASI GENETIK KELOMPOK AKSESI T2 DAN TR2 PADA BC2F3 DARI HASIL PERSILANGAN PADI VARIETAS INPAGO 5 DENGAN INPARA 8
This research was aimed to evaluate the genetics of T2 and TR2 accession groups in BC2F3 resulted from the crossing of Inpago 5 and Inpara 8 rice varieties. This research was carried out from September 2023 to January 2024. It was carried out in lebak swamp land located in Ibul Besar II Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatera Province and in Plant Biomolecular Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Palembang Campus. The results showed that the percentage of B allele (homozygous donor parent) at the foreground selection stage of the BC2F4 progeny using the SUB1C173 marker in the T2 and TR2 accessions resulted in T2 100% and TR2 90%. All selected samples resulted from foreground selection were analyzed using recombinant selection using SUB1A203 marker in T2 and TR2 accessions produced B allele (homozygous of the donor parent). A total of 10 selected samples produced A allele (homozygous recipient parent) in the background selection using 9 SSR Unlinked to GoI markers, while only RM315 marker did not appear banded and RM518 marker produced B allele (homozygous parent donor).
