Purple corn is a functional food crop that is starting to be widely cultivated. This research was conducted to determine the growth and seed production results of 3 accessions of F2 generation purple corn plants. This research collaborated with farmers in Danau Gerak Village, Semendo Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. In July - December 2023. The method used was a randomized block design pattern consisting of 3 blocks. Planting is done with a spacing of 80×25 cm. Data analysis was carried out using Anova test analysis and the 5% Least Significant Difference (LSL) test. The research results showed that the UJ2U accession had the best growth value among the other accessions with an average plant height of 260.7 cm and an average ear height of 113.233 cm. Based on the purple boiled corn preference test, more than 50% of respondents liked the color, aroma, taste and texture of purple corn. The UJ3U accession shelled corn Production had the best production among the other accessions with a cob length of 18.6 cm, cob diameter of 5.087 cm, number of cobs of 495.9 cm, cob seed weight of 147.78 cm and weight of 100 seeds of 24.3 cm. There is still segregation in the stems and leaves so that the number of seeds produced varies in the number of seeds available to be used as further seeds, namely the UJ1U accession 15,600 seeds, the UJ2U accession 16,800 seeds and the UJ3U 17,286 seeds.
