Teenage pregnancy is a problem that often occurs among teenagers and causes an increase in the number of early marriages. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health will have an impact on deviant behavior, namely pregnancy out of wedlock. Efforts that can be made to increase adolescent knowledge are by providing health education. In this study, health education was provided using a spin wheel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education using a spin wheel on teenagers' knowledge about teenage pregnancy. This research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental type of research using a one group pretest-post test design. The population in this study were all students at SMP N 1 Lempuing Jaya. The number of samples in this research was 68 respondents. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique. The level of knowledge of adolescents is measured using a questionnaire. Statistical analysis in this study used the marginal homogeneity test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the p value was 0.000 (p ≤ α 0.05), which means that health education using a spin wheel had an effect on teenagers' knowledge about teenage pregnancy. Health education using a spin wheel is effective in increasing teenagers' knowledge about teenage pregnancy so that this media can be used as a medium for health education.
