HUBUNGAN ANTARA CITRA TUBUH REMAJA PEREMPUAN YANG TERPAPAR FENOMENA KOREAN WAVE DENGAN RISIKO GANGGUAN PERILAKU MAKAN DI KOMUNITAS HANSARANG PALEMBANG
The Korean wave phenomenon is a Korean cultural phenomenon that has spread in various countries through mass media such as internet. Adolescents, especially female adolescents, are very concerned about their physical appearance. Female adolescents who are fans of the Korean wave who are often exposed to ideal body images of artists or idols can make them have a negative body image so they tend to engage in eating behavior and attitude that risks causing eating disorders. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the body image of female adolescents exposed to the Korean wave phenomenon and the risk of eating disorders in the Hansarang Club Palembang. The research design uses observational analytics with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all members of the Hansarang Club Palembang. The sample used was 57 people, the sampling technique used purposive sampling and had inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. This research also used the MBSRQ-AS quetionnaire instrument for body image and EAT-26 for eating disorders. The results of the research showed 54.4% of respondents had a negative body image and 45.6% had a positive body image and 78.9% were not at risk of Eating disorders and 21.1% were at risk of eating disorders.
