The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using low-calorie diet discs on changes in knowledge and attitudes among staff at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. The type of research used in this research is experimental research in the form of quasi expiration with a pretest-posttest control group design, namely experimental research carried out in two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The sample in this research is staff at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results of the statistical analysis concluded that Ha was accepted, namely that there was a difference in the average knowledge and attitude scores before and after being given the intervention using disc and powerpoint media. And there was a significant difference in the level of knowledge and attitudes between the experimental group which was intervened using disc media and the control group which was intervened using powerpoint media.
