In accordance with the calculation of economic value from the engineering department at PT Banjarsari Pribumi, it was obtained that the South SP Timur pit is an uneconomical pit to mine because it generates negative net income. However, in the effort of additional reserve opportunities and expansion of IPD South disposal capacity, in 2024 PT Banjarsari Pribumi plans to integrate with the South ABL pit. where in 2023 the South ABL pit has carried out overall overburden stripping and partial coal getting. To actualize these optimization activities, it requires a technical planning sequence and economic value of both pits and their integration. Technical sequence planning consists of pit design and disposal planning using Minescape 5.7 software and fleet number planning. For economic value is obtained from the value of fixed costs, production costs and sales results. Based on calculations with sample-polygon tools, the overburden volume is 3,226,809.29 bcm and an estimated coal tonnage is 667.805,29 tons with a stripping ratio (SR) value of 4,83. From the calculation of the economic value resulting from the integration results, a fixed cost value of IDR 84,015,220,792 was obtained; production costs of IDR 80,716,585,440.57; coal sales proceeds amounted to IDR 270,679,915,879.72; and sales profit of IDR 70,518,109,647.29.
