The aims of this research is to prove the effect of game-based learning media baamboozle on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. This research is a quantitative experimental research using the Pre Experimental Designs method in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Population of this research The population in this research is all class XI at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. With a sample of 40 students taken using the Cluster Random Sampling sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in research are questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis techniques used in this research include the pearson product moment correlation test, determinant coefficient test, and t-test. The research results obtained tcount > ttable, namely 2.27 > 2.02, meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means that there was an influence of game-based learning media Baamboozle on students learning motivation. The results of the pearson product moment correlation test are 0.5474, where this result shows that there is a moderate relationship between the two research variables. The determinant coefficient test result is 29.96%, meaning that the game-based learning baamboozle media has an influence of 29.96% on students' learning motivation while the remaining 70.04% is influenced by other factors. It was concluded that there was an influence of the baamboozle learning media based on game based learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. With the hope that students will be able to increase learning motivation through the learning media used in learning.
