ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN KANDUNGAN TIMBAL (PB) DALAM BAYAM HIJAU PADA MASYARAKAT DESA TIRTO SARI, KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
The use of pesticides and fertilizers can increase lead exposure and health risks due to lead consumption through residues contained in spinach. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the amount of health risk due to the consumption of leadcontaminated spinach in Tirto Sari Village, Banyuasin Regency. This study used a quantitative method with an environmental health risk analysis (ARKL) approach. The sample in this study used the Purposive Sampling method which consisted of 96 respondents and 10 samples of spinach that would be analyzed for lead content using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. The results of this study showed that average concentration of lead in spinach of 0,101 mg/kg, Average Daily Dose (ADD) of 0,01995 mg/kg/day, Lifetime Average Daily Dose (LADD) value of 0,00905 mg/kg/day.
