The B2SA diet is an eating pattern with a schedule for one meal based on time, which meets the principles of balanced nutrition according to people's acceptance and purchasing power. The aim of this research is to determine the description of mothers' knowledge and attitudes regarding the B2SA program in West Semendawai District, East OKU Regency. This research is qualitative research. Research informants were taken using purposive sampling, namely 10 mothers and husbands in West Semandawai District and 3 staff from the Food Security Service.
