This study aims to determine the state of the cost structure in the glass industry in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Indonesia from 1991 to 2021 with a 4-digit ISIC code, namely 2311. The data used in this research is secondary data with the analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that when viewed from the cost structure of the glass industry from 1991 to 2021 where the percentage composition of raw material costs, auxiliary costs, labor wage costs, and rental interest costs is dominated by raw material costs, followed by auxiliary costs to pay for electricity and gas costs. The third largest cost is labor costs, while the smallest cost is rental interest costs incurred to pay building rent, repair machinery and tools used by industries or companies in producing glass.
