The study aims to know how the process goes with strategic implementation of CSR PT.BA in speciality of community empowerment in Lawang Kidul district. The method of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. source of that data obtained from primary data and secondary data. technique that used for collecting data is observation, interview, documentation, and then analyzed it using interactive model analysis technique that has developed by Miles and Huberman (2014) using software atlas.ti. result of this study shows that strategic implementation of CSR PT. Bukit Asam in speciality of community empowerment in Lawang Kidul district area is said to be running well even though there are deficiencies in budget indicators. The researcher's suggestion in this research is that PT.BA must be clearer in implementing strategies, especially in budget indicators, because according to researchers the funds that form the balance or budget funds for UMK themselves are clear but cannot be ascertained, because these funds come from refund balances or loan.
