PENGARUH SARANA PRASARANA, PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DAN AKADEMIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA DALAM HYBRID LEARNING DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN
This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects between infrastructure, administrative and academic services on student learning satisfaction. This research is quantitative in nature. The research population was active students of Mechanical Engineering Education FKIP Sriwijaya University in the 2023/2024 learning year, totaling 289 people. The research sample used the Stratified Random Sampling technique which amounted to 167 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and multicollinearity. To see the direct relationship between variables using the path coefficient and p-value, as well as Upsilon V to determine the magnitude of the indirect effect of the intervening mediation variable. The effect of infrastructure facilities on student learning satisfaction with path coefficient -0.069 and p-value 0.373> 0.05. The effect of administrative services on student learning satisfaction with path coefficient 0.348 and p-value 0.001
