PENGARUH VARIASI WAKTU PENGUAPAN CAIRAN DALAM RESERVOIR/BOILER TERHADAP TEKANAN PADA TUNGKU PEMANAS
A reservoir or boiler is a vessel or storage container that is used to store the pressure resulting from the evaporation of a liquid. When observing the time in the heating process, it must be good to produce maximum results. This research is experimental research which aims to determine the effect of variations in heating time and Reservoir/Boiler room temperature on the resulting air pressure. The results showed that a 10 minute time variation with a salt percentage of 30% and a volume of 6 liters produced a pressure of 0.2 bar or 1.97 atm with a temperature of 74⁰C, a 15 minute time variation with a salt percentage of 30% and a water volume of 6 liters produced a pressure of 1.2 bar or 11.84 atm with a temperature of 100⁰C, a time variation of 20 minutes with a salt percentage of 30% and a water volume of 6 liters produces a pressure of 2.8 bar or 27.63 atm with a temperature of 130⁰C, a time variation of 25 minutes with a salt percentage 30% and a water volume of 6 liters produces a pressure of 3.8 bar or 37.50 atm with a temperature of 145⁰C. Comparison of the results shows that variations in time in the reservoir fluid heating process will affect the final pressure results in the closed reservoir/boiler.
