Nursing interventions and implementations were carried out based on journal reviews, namely foot souk therapy with warm water the eval uation showed increased peripheral results and changes in blood pressure after foot soak therapy with warm water for 3 days. Conclusion: Foot soak therapy with warm water can dilate blood vessels so that blood flow becomes smooth which has an impact on lowering blood pressure. This foot soak therapy with warm water can be used as one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be done independently to lower blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.
