Ovarian cancer is a type of malignant tumor originating from the ovaries which is one of the causes of death in women. the dominant symptom often experienced by patients with ovarian cancer is pain. This pain if not treated appropriately can worsen morbidity and reduce the patient's overall quality of life including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in ovarian cancer patients who experience pain is foot massage. The purpose of this final scientific work is to apply foot massage therapy to ovarian cancer patients with chronic pain nursing problems. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that the three patients felt calmer, more comfortable, relaxed and experienced a decrease in pain intensity from moderate pain (scale 4-6) to mild pain (scale 1-3) after foot massage therapy for 3 days. Foot massage is an approach that involves touch, pressure, or patting on the feet to stimulate the nervous system and other body tissues that aim to improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, calm effects on the body, remove metabolic waste, improve sleep quality, reduce physical discomfort, reduce anxiety and trigger the release of endorphins that function as natural pain relievers.
