The objective of this research is to know the effect of different sulfuric acid (H2SO4) dormancy soursop seeds (Anonna muricata.L). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Seed Science and Technology Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Utara District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra from February to April 2023. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments used include control treatment (P0) and treatment with conceration sulfurc acid (H2SO4), namely concentrations of 10%, 20%, and 30% with different soaking times. The results showed that 20% concentrate soaking 200 ml sulfuric acid for 30 minutes had higher germination results compared to other treatments, namely around 81.34% within 21 days after sowing and 56 days after sowing.
