This study aims to design and build a website-based booking application system in Plaju Darat Village, with the main objective of increasing efficiency in administration and service to the community. The problem currently faced is that the booking process is still done manually, so it requires a lot of time and energy. The proposed solution is the development of a website-based application that allows users to book services online, so that the administration process becomes faster and easier. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The expected results of this study are the realization of an easy-to-use, effective, and efficient booking application, which can increase public satisfaction and facilitate the management of booking data in Plaju Darat Village. This application is also expected to be a more practical and modern solution in providing public services.
