The transaction process currently used at the Pempek Ceria Rasa store still relies on a manual system, depending solely on handwritten records in transaction books. This often leads to errors in writing and calculation, including mistakes in order quantities and total costs. The purpose of this research is to develop an online-based ordering system. The benefits include assisting the ordering process so that customers can place orders directly online, as well as providing information about the menu items and their prices. It also offers storage capabilities by utilizing a database, making it easier to generate reports that can be viewed and printed automatically in a short amount of time. This research uses the Prototype software development method, with the following stages: communication, initial planning, modeling/design, and prototype creation. The results of testing using the black box method conclude that the application functions well and aligns with the designed plan.
