Contamination in drinks beverage can have a negative impact on health. Beverage processing that does not pay attention to sanitary hygiene practices can be a transitional medium for spreading diseases from bacteria such as Coliform. Orange drink is one of the snacks that can be a medium for transmitting Coliform that comes from water or the environment. This study aimed to analyze Sanitary Hygiene and Coliform in Orange drink sold around the Kambang Iwak Besar Recreation Park, Palembang City. This study used qualitative methods. Observation, interviews, and laboratory tests were carried out data collection. The results of coliform testing at 5 locations showed results exceeding the threshold and contaminated with Coliform bacteria. The hygiene actions of the handlers have not met the requirements where traders should use PPE, the availability of water used is insufficient, the condition of the selling place has not fully met the requirements, and the washing and drying of equipment have not been thoroughly carried out. Based on the study results, traders are expected to implement clean and healthy living behaviors and increase knowledge about the principles of hygiene and sanitation to produce healthy and hygienic snacks and avoid bacteriological contamination
