ANALISIS POSTUR TUBUH PEKERJA PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN TAHU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) PADA "USAHA TAHU RUMAHAN KOH ATET" SEI ITAM PALEMBANG
Tofu is a popular source of vegetable protein in Asian cuisines, including Indonesia, due to its diverse texture and neutral flavor that easily absorbs seasonings. This study aims to identify the postural risks of workers in the tofu making process using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to detect potential ergonomic problems. The study involved seven workers, consisting of five men and two women, with an age range of 26 to 54 years. Based on Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements, one worker was classified as underweight, two were in the normal category, three were in the overweight category, and one was in the level 2 obesity category. The results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire showed similarities and differences in complaints of pain in body parts between subjects. The research was conducted through seven stages, including site observation, anthropometric measurements, heart rate, BMI, body temperature and environment, and filling out the NBM questionnaire. The results of the REBA analysis showed that workers had scores between 5 and 10, indicating moderate to high ergonomic risks. Therefore, corrective action is needed to improve work posture and reduce the risk of injury due to physical workload.
