This study discusses the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 67 of 2021 concerning strategies to overcome Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Palembang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the policy and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy has been running quite well, with increased access to health services, free treatment, and outreach to the community. However, there are several obstacles, such as low patient compliance in completing treatment, limited medical personnel, and less than optimal cross-sector coordination. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to improve coordination between agencies, more flexible budget allocation, and more effective education strategies to increase public awareness. Thus, the implementation of this policy is expected to run more optimally in achieving the target of eliminating Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Palembang City.
