Productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro businesses are the definition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). UMKM Agrowisata Nanas are UMKM that process pineapple fruit into chips in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the profile of UMKM Agrowisata Nanas in processing pineapple into chips in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, (2) Analyze the amount of income from processing pineapple into chips in Pineapple Agrotourism UMKM in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, (3) Analyze the added value of processing pineapple into chips in UMKM Agrowisata Nanas in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. This research was conducted in December 2023 until completion in Karang Jaya Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. The method used in this research is the case study method, the sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling (census), namely all population members are used as samples in the UMKM Agrowisata Nanas. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are (1) The pineapple processing business into chips in UMKM Agrowisata Nanas was established by the Karya Muda Farmer Group which has been producing since October 2022 and was inaugurated directly by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture on February 21, 2023. This UMKM Agrowisata Nanas was built with the help of the Prabumulih City Government which facilitates such as the construction of production houses and the provision of production equipment for making pineapple chips, (2) The income obtained by this UMKM Agrowisata Nanas is Rp. 2.596.072 per month, (3) The added value obtained from processing pineapple into chips is Rp. 9.881 per kg raw material with a value-added ratio of 65,87% and based on the criteria for the value-added ratio indicator, the manufacture of pineapple chips is included in the high criteria, because the value-added ratio is > 40%
