PERENCANAAN PENJADWALAN ULANG PROYEK DENGAN VARIASI JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA DAN PREDECESSOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE CPM (STUDI KASUS: PROYEK ISLAMIC CENTER KOTA JAMBI)
Effective scheduling is a key factor for the successful execution of construction projects, especially those with high complexity levels, such as the construction of the Islamic Center Building in Jambi City. This study aims to analyze the impact of variations in workforce size and variations in predecessor relationships with a modified Finish-to-Start (FS) type incorporating overlap levels of 25%, 50%, and 75% on the project completion duration. The Critical Path Method (CPM) was employed, analyzing data from both the substructure and superstructure phases. Four scheduling scenarios were developed based on different workforce sizes in accordance with the 2024 Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) regulations for Civil Works and relevant literature. Scheduling was performed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project software. Each scenario was further varied by adjusting the FS predecessor relationships with different overlap levels. The results indicate that scenarios with an optimal workforce size yield shorter task durations. Furthermore, applying a high overlap of 75% in FS relationships resulted in a total project duration of 230.5 days with 24 critical tasks, which is faster compared to the total duration of 238 days derived from the S-curve method. This study recommends the adoption of BIM-based scheduling strategies to more accurately anticipate field condition changes and optimize resource allocation.
