PEMENUHAN AKSESIBILITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK ATAS HAK FASILITAS PENYANDANG DISABILITAS STUDI DI PUSKESMAS TALANG UBI KABUPATEN PALI
Persons with disabilities are categorized as a vulnerable group in the realm of public services. They often face barriers in meeting daily needs and experience discrimination, which results in their rights as citizens being unfulfilled, such as limited access to public facilities. Therefore, local governments must give special attention and treatment to this group. This study examines how local governments implement the right to accessibility in public services for persons with disabilities, particularly in government institutions. The research employs a normative legal method with a conceptual and field approach, using a case study at the Talang Ubi Health Center in PALI Regency. The findings show that local governments are obligated to provide accessible public services for persons with disabilities, in accordance with the principles and standards of public service as mandated by law. However, the implementation at the Talang Ubi Health Center in PALI Regency has not yet been optimal. Keywords: Local Government Obligations, Public Services, Persons with
